Here are some tips that can help you relax... falling into sleep.
1. Warm Relaxing Bath
2. Full Body Stretching
3. Meditation
4. Exercise regularly
5. Read Books (did not mention in the video)
Avoid
Caffeine (Coffee, Pre-workouts, Fatburners 6-8hrs before bed)
Sodas
Playing Computer and Mobile phones
Intensive Workouts (3-5hrs away from bed time)
Note: Following all this last minutes won't work. Try to plan your sleep 1-2 days just like how you plan your workout. Cheers!
